I was speaking to a lady the other day that walks along Worrim and Red Beach. She said that there is a male Exhibitionist that frequents the area that she has noticed on a few occasions.
He drives a 4wd and parks ahead of his prey, then gets out of his car naked and walks into the ocean and then when the women are along side he will stand up hoping to get their attention. He then repeats this by driving further up the beach and repeating the process. She just ignores him each time and so no incidents.
Anyone else come across this strange inappropriate behavior on Red Beach or Worrim beach?
Women should be careful and weary when walking by themselves along either beach.
Should this kind of inappropriate behavior be reported to Police? I think so, as they are obviously sexually disturbed and this could just be the start of offenses of a more serious nature..
